Key Responsibilities: Oversee complete plant operations including Production, Maintenance, Quality, and Dispatch Plan, organize, and control daily manufacturing activities Ensure production targets are achieved with optimum efficiency Implement lean manufacturing and process improvement initiatives Manage manpower planning, shift scheduling, and workforce productivity Ensure quality standards and reduce rejection/rework rates Coordinate with Purchase, Stores, and Sales for smooth operations Monitor machine utilization (CNC, VMC, Laser, etc.) Ensure safety compliance and statutory regulations in the plant Control production cost and improve profitability Prepare MIS reports and performance analysis for management Lead and mentor production and engineering teams Required Skills:Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes and machine shop operations Leadership and team management skills Problem-solving and decision-making ability Knowledge of CNC/VMC/Laser machines (preferred) Production planning & control (PPC) expertise Good communication and coordination skills Solid analytical and reporting ability
