Key Responsibilities

Project Planning

- Prepare baseline project schedules using Microsoft Project (MSP).
- Develop detailed work breakdown structures (WBS), project timelines, and milestone plans.
- Create short-term and long-term execution plans aligned with project objectives.
- Project Monitoring
- Track project progress against approved schedules.
- Identify delays, bottlenecks, and critical path activities.
- Recommend corrective and preventive actions to ensure timely completion.
- Monitor productivity and resource utilization.

Coordination

- Coordinate with Project, Design, Procurement, Contracts, Finance, and Sales teams to ensure smooth project execution.
- Conduct periodic project review meetings and follow up on action items.
- Ensure timely flow of project-related information across departments.

MIS & Reporting

- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly project MIS reports.
- Develop dashboards highlighting project status, milestones, delays, and risks.
- Present project progress reports to senior management.
- Documentation




- Maintain project planning records and documentation.
- Update schedules based on project progress and approved changes.
- Ensure proper version control of project plans and reports.
- Risk Management
- Identify project risks that may impact timelines.
- Support mitigation planning and monitor implementation.
- Escalate critical issues to management in a timely manner.
- Continuous Improvement
- Assist in improving planning systems, reporting formats, and project controls.
- Support implementation of best practices in project planning and monitoring.

Educational Qualification Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering.

Certification in Project Planning or Primavera/MSP will be an added advantage.

Preferred Experience

37 years of experience in project planning within the Real Estate / Construction industry.

Experience in residential, commercial, or township projects.

Exposure to project scheduling, monitoring, and reporting throughout the project lifecycle.
