Responsibilities

- Build and maintain relationships with companies for student placements.

- Coordinate interviews, recruitment drives, and placement activities.

- Connect with recent employers to generate placement opportunities.

- Guide students on resume preparation and interview skills.

- Follow up with recruiters and students throughout the hiring process.

- Maintain placement records and prepare reports.

- Work closely with trainers to ensure students are placement-ready.

- Achieve monthly placement targets.

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.

- Minimum 2 years of experience in placement, recruitment, or HR.

- Strong communication, coordination, and networking skills.

- Proficiency in MS Office.

- Target-oriented and able to work independently.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
