Role Overview We are looking for a Placement Coordinator who will be responsible for coordinating and managing placement activities between students, colleges, and hiring companies. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication and coordination skills, be comfortable interacting with students and corporate representatives, and have a strong interest in campus placements, recruitment, and career development.

Key Responsibilities - Coordinate placement drives, recruitment processes, and hiring activities with colleges and students.

- Act as a point of contact between Pregrad, colleges, students, HR teams, and hiring companies.
- Communicate job openings, eligibility criteria, interview schedules, assessments, and selection updates to students.
- Coordinate with college placement cells and Training & Placement Officers (TPOs).
- Maintain and regularly update student and candidate databases.
- Shortlist and coordinate candidates based on company requirements and eligibility criteria.
- Schedule assessments, interviews, group discussions, and other recruitment activities.
- Ensure smooth execution of online and offline placement drives.
- Follow up with candidates and companies throughout the recruitment process.
- Maintain accurate records of applications, attendance, selections, offers, and joining status.
- Prepare regular placement reports and status updates.




- Support the business/partnership team in developing relationships with colleges and companies.
- Identify opportunities to improve student participation and placement outcomes.
- Handle student queries and provide timely updates regarding placement activities.

Required Skills - Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

- Strong coordination and follow-up abilities.
- Good interpersonal and relationship-management skills.
- Proficiency in Google Sheets/Excel and basic documentation.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines simultaneously.
- Solid organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Professional communication with students, colleges, and corporate stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently as well as within a team.

Preferred Qualifications - Bachelor's degree in any discipline.

- Candidates with experience in placement coordination, HR, recruitment, business development, campus relations, or student engagement will be preferred.
