Certifications
• Mandatory:



MC/SC certification – preferably a current-year certification.
• Priority: Candidates holding a recent-year certification will be given preference.
• CompTIA: Globally recognized CompTIA certification is highly preferred. Candidates meeting this requirement may be eligible for immediate joining.
Experience
2–6 years, depending on the complexity of the IT environment and support requirements.
Salary
₹25,000 – ₹50,000 per month, based on experience, skills, and certification.

1. Key Responsibilities
Desktop & Laptop Support
• Install, configure and maintain desktops, laptops, monitors, printers and other peripherals.
• Troubleshoot hardware issues such as RAM, HDD/SSD, motherboard, keyboard, mouse, display and connectivity problems.
• Perform OS installation, configuration, upgrades and troubleshooting.
