Key Responsibilities

1. Digital and Performance Creatives
- Design creatives for Meta and other digital campaigns: statics, carousels, Instagram and Facebook creatives, stories, reel covers, lead-generation creatives and campaign adaptations
- Work confidently in 1:1, 4:5 and 9:16 formats, designed for mobile viewing with clear hierarchy, readable copy and correct text-safe areas
- Understand that performance creatives must communicate quick and drive the intended action, not simply look attractive

2. Print and Offline Marketing
- Design hoardings, flyers, brochures, standees, banners, centre signage, event backdrops, stall branding, society activation material, centre branding and other local marketing collateral
- Prepare artwork that can go directly to a print vendor: correct CMYK setup, bleed, crop marks, resolution and DPI, large-format handling, final dimensions, outlined fonts, linked images, packaged files, and CDR / AI / print-ready PDF outputs
- Coordinate with the offline marketing team or print vendors to confirm specifications before final artwork

Brand Consistency
- Follow Footprints brand guidelines across colours, typography, logo usage, illustration style, motifs, photography style, layout principles and overall visual language
- Work comfortably within an established brand system; suggestions are welcome, but final output must remain consistent with the approved brand direction

4. AI-Assisted Design
- Use at least one AI image or design tool as part of the regular workflow for backgrounds, image generation, concept development, image extension, visual variations and faster campaign exploration
- Review and refine all AI-generated output so the final work is realistic, audience-relevant and on-brand

5. Campaign Adaptations and Production
- Take one approved campaign and adapt it across Meta ads, stories, reels, flyers, standees, hoardings, centre communication and event collateral
- Treat each format on its own terms rather than resizing a si
