Role Description
We are looking for a Production Manager to oversee furniture manufacturing operations, ensure timely production, quality compliance, and efficient manpower utilization..
?Key Responsibilities:
Plan and control daily production schedules
Manage manpower, machines, and materials
Ensure quality standards and reduce rework
Control wastage and production costs
Coordinate with design, stores, and project teams
Maintain safety and shop-floor discipline
Prepare production reports
?Requirements:
Diploma / BE in Mechanical / Production (preferred)
Experience in furniture or interior manufacturing
Solid leadership and planning skills
Knowledge of CNC and furniture production processes
