About The Role

We are looking for a passionate and motivated Software Development Engineer 1 to join our mobile engineering team. In this role, you will be working on our core employee-facing mobile application built with

Flutter

You will collaborate with a talented team of engineers, designers, and product managers to develop new features, improve performance, and deliver a high-quality user experience.

What You'll Do (Key Responsibilities)

Development & Maintenance:

Develop, test, and maintain features for our Flutter-based mobile application.

Code Quality

Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code following established best practices.

Collaboration

Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams (Product, Design) to define, design, and ship new features.

Code Review

Actively participate in code reviews to maintain code quality, share knowledge, and uphold standards.

Troubleshooting

Troubleshoot, debug,



and resolve technical issues to ensure the application remains stable and performant.

Process Improvement

Contribute to the continuous improvement of our development processes and codebase.

Education

Required Qualifications (Must-Haves)

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.

Experience

Minimum

1 year of skilled software development experience.

Foundational Knowledge

Solid understanding of object-oriented programming (OOP), data structures, and algorithms.

Mobile Exposure

Some experience in mobile application development (Flutter, native iOS, or native Android).

Version Control

Familiarity with version control systems, particularly Git.

Soft Skills

Strong problem-solving skills, intellectual curiosity, and a willingness to learn rapidly.
