Key Responsibilities:
• Ensure smooth workflow and proper execution of production timelines
• Set up and implement new systems for operational optimization
• Identify opportunities to improve processes, productivity, and efficiency
• Help create and oversee stronger quality control processes
• Coordinate across teams to ensure timely and efficient production
Qualifications:
Candidates should possess strong operations and production management skills, including workflow planning, resource allocation, and process optimization.
Candidates should possess analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to use data for optimization, cost control, and continuous improvement.
Ability to work in office in the factory, with a hands-on approach and readiness to oversee factory floor operations.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets
Basic understanding of AI platforms and AI-enabled tools, with an openness to using technology for process optimization
Process-oriented mindset with strong attention to detail
Ability to take ownership and independently drive operational improvements
Prior experience in operations/production will be preferred
