At SPER Market Research, we are looking for ambitious, result-oriented professionals to expand our footprint across global B2B markets, with a strong focus on the US and Europe.

Experience: 3–6 years
Preferred Background: B2B / SaaS / Market Research / Consulting / Healthcare Sales

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive revenue generation and business growth through B2B sales of SaaS-based and research-driven solutions
• Build, manage, and continuously expand a solid sales pipeline across the US and European markets
• Identify and engage key decision-makers across global healthcare and B2B markets
• Generate new business opportunities through outbound outreach, networking, referrals, and consultative selling
• Own the complete sales cycle from lead generation and pipeline development to negotiation and closure
• Achieve and exceed revenue and sales targets through effective prospecting and relationship management




• Understand client challenges and position tailored research, consulting, SaaS, and AI-driven solutions
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with international clients and drive repeat business
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless client experience and successful project delivery

What We’re Looking For:

• 3–6 years of experience in B2B Sales / SaaS Sales / Solution Selling / Market Research / Consulting Sales
• Prior experience in the Healthcare / Pharma / MedTech / Life Sciences domain is preferred
• Experience handling clients or markets in the US and Europe
• Proven track record of revenue generation, pipeline development, and achieving sales targets
• Strong communication, pitching & negotiation skills
• Ability to work in a target-driven, fast-paced environment
• Self-starter mindset with high ownership
• Experience in international B2B sales is a strong advantage
