Position: B2C Sales Executive – Solar
? What You’ll Do:
• Generate and manage solar leads.
• Meet residential customers and understand their energy requirements.
• Conduct customer meetings and site visits.
• Present solar solutions, savings, pricing, and ROI.
• Handle quotations, negotiations, and follow-ups.
• Own the sales journey from lead generation to order closure.
• Coordinate with internal teams for survey, installation, and project execution.
• Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets.
? What We’re Looking For




• 1–3 years of experience in B2C / Field Sales, preferably in Solar, Renewable Energy, Electrical, or related industries.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Strong customer-handling and relationship-building abilities.
• Target-oriented and self-motivated.
• Willingness to travel for customer meetings and site visits.
• Freshers with solid sales aptitude may also be considered.
