Role Description The Senior Relationship Officer is a full-time, on-site role based in Varanasi, responsible for managing and growing customer relationships across key retail and MSME segments.



The role involves acquiring new customers, cross-selling banking products, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction through proactive engagement and service support. Daily activities include understanding client financial needs, recommending suitable loan and deposit products, coordinating documentation and KYC compliance, and monitoring portfolio quality. The Senior Relationship Officer will collaborate with branch and operations teams to ensure timely processing of transactions, resolve customer issues, and contribute to sales targets and branch business goals. The role requires regular field visits, market awareness, and adherence to regulatory and internal risk management guidelines.
