Role Description This is a full-time, on-site BIM MEPF Modeler role based in Pune District.



The BIM MEPF Modeler will be responsible for developing and managing detailed BIM models for Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing, and Fire (MEPF) systems in coordination with architectural and structural teams. Day-to-day tasks include interpreting construction drawings, modeling building services to required levels of detail, and ensuring accurate clash detection and resolution within the BIM environment. The role involves collaborating closely with project managers, engineers, and designers to maintain model integrity, update design changes, and support preparation of coordinated drawings and documentation. The BIM MEPF Modeler will also help maintain BIM standards, contribute to workflow improvements, and support the delivery of high-quality, technically sound projects.
