Role Description This is a full-time, in office Project Manager role based in Bengaluru. The Project Manager will oversee end-to-end planning and execution of cross-functional initiatives that support GuavaSure’s operations, partnerships, and customer-facing services. Responsibilities include defining project scope and timelines, coordinating with internal teams and external partners, monitoring progress,



and resolving issues to keep deliverables on track. The role also involves managing logistical workflows related to service delivery, tracking key performance metrics, and ensuring that all project activities align with quality standards and regulatory requirements. The Project Manager will regularly report on project status, risks, and improvements to leadership while driving continuous optimization of processes that impact pet parents’ experience.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess strong Project Management skills, including planning, scheduling, stakeholder coordination, and risk management.
