About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Dev Lead – .NET to drive parallel backend modernization initiatives for enterprise/industrial applications. This is a hands-on leadership role requiring deep technical expertise in modern .NET technologies along with the ability to guide teams through legacy-to-up-to-date architecture transformations.

Key Responsibilities
Lead parallel backend modernization streams using C#, .NET 8+, ASP.NET Core, Minimal APIs, and NativeAOT
Architect and implement data access layers using EF Core and Dapper/Dapper.AOT
Design and document REST APIs using OpenAPI/Swagger standards
Convert legacy applications into clean, maintainable domain/service/repository-based architectures
Conduct code reviews and provide technical mentorship to development teams
Drive performance tuning initiatives across backend services




Enforce secure coding practices and standards across the team
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth delivery of modernization streams

Required Skills & Experience
10+ years of overall software development experience
Robust hands-on expertise in C#, .NET 8+, ASP.NET Core, Minimal APIs, NativeAOT
Proven experience with EF Core, Dapper/Dapper.AOT
Solid understanding of OpenAPI/Swagger and REST API design
Experience converting legacy systems into modern domain/service/repository architectures
Demonstrated experience in code reviews, technical guidance, and mentoring
Robust grasp of performance tuning and secure coding practices

Preferred Skills
Experience with MariaDB/MySQL
Hands-on experience with GitLab CI/CD pipelines
Experience with containerized Linux deployments (Docker/Kubernetes)
Prior experience in enterprise or industrial application domains
