Job Summary

Swain Aluminium Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a Land Survey Executive who will be responsible for conducting land surveys, taking accurate measurements, maintaining survey records, and supporting land-related site activities.

Key Responsibilities
Conduct land and site surveys as per project requirements.
Take accurate measurements of land, boundaries, levels, and site dimensions.
Use surveying instruments and equipment effectively.
Prepare and maintain survey reports, drawings, and measurement records.
Verify land boundaries and site measurements.
Coordinate with site engineers, contractors, and other team members.
Monitor and record changes in site conditions.
Ensure accuracy of survey data and documentation.
Perform regular site visits and provide updates to management.
Follow company safety guidelines and site procedures.





Required Skills & Qualifications
ITI / Diploma / Graduation in Surveying, Civil Engineering, or a related field preferred.
Fresher candidates can also apply; relevant experience will be an advantage.
Basic knowledge of land surveying and measurement techniques.
Knowledge of surveying instruments such as Total Station, Auto Level, GPS, etc. will be an advantage.
Basic knowledge of MS Excel and documentation.
Positive communication and coordination skills.
Willingness to travel to different project/site locations when required.
Ability to work outdoors and in field conditions.
