Mentor junior team members to foster skill development and knowledge sharing.
Coordinate with stakeholders to align software development with business objectives.

Professional & Technical Skills:
Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Large Language Models (LLMs).
Experience in designing and developing scalable software architectures.
Solid knowledge of modern software development frameworks and agile methodologies.
Ability to optimize software components for performance and reliability.
Familiarity with integrating custom solutions into existing systems and applications.

Additional Information
The candidate should have minimum 8 years of experience in Large Language Models (LLMs).
This position is based at our BDC14A - STPI office.
A 15 years full time education is required.
