Job Title: Lead Executive & VIP IT Support Specialist

Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced IT Support professional to provide premium, hands-on technical support to the CEO, MD, and senior executives.

Key Responsibilities:
Provide VIP/white-glove IT support for executives.
Configure and troubleshoot MacBook, iPhone, iPad and Apple ecosystem.
Manage Microsoft 365/Google Workspace, Outlook, email and calendars.
Support Jamf/Intune, Apple Business Manager and Entra ID.
Maintain executive boardroom AV, video conferencing and connectivity.
Troubleshoot networking, Wi-Fi and VPN issues.
Ensure data security, device encryption and confidentiality.

Requirements:
5–8+ years of enterprise IT support experience.
3+ years supporting C-level executives preferred.
Solid knowledge of macOS, iOS, Microsoft 365, MDM and AV systems.
Excellent communication, professionalism and discretion.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,335.15 per month
