Lead discovery sessions with banking clients.
Understand current-state banking processes.
Identify business pain points and transformation prospects.
Challenge client assumptions rather than simply document requirements.
Facilitate workshops with business, technology and product stakeholders.
Translate business requirements into functional/platform solutions.
Create functional architecture and solution specifications.
Configure products, pricing, rates, fees, rules and parameters.
Work with Product and Engineering.
Support SIT/UAT/production readiness.
Influence future product capabilities.
Act as a trusted advisor to senior banking stakeholders.
