About the Role The MetaDerm Centre is looking for a Physician Assistant to join our dermatology, trichology and aesthetic care team. The ideal candidate should have good patient-handling skills, clinical discipline, and an interest in dermatology and aesthetic procedures.

Key Responsibilities

- Perform Laser Hair Reduction, HydraFacial and other non-invasive aesthetic treatments independently after appropriate training.
- Assist dermatologists and doctors during dermatology, trichology and aesthetic procedures.
- Prepare patients before treatments and provide appropriate support during and after procedures.
- Assist with procedures including chemical peels, laser treatments, injections and biopsies.
- Perform blood collection/venipuncture for dermatology and trichology-related investigations – mandatory.
- Explain prescribed medications, creams and post-procedure care instructions to patients as directed by the doctor.
- Maintain proper patient records, treatment documentation and clinical notes.
- Follow strict hygiene, infection-control and patient-safety protocols.
- Ensure treatment rooms and equipment are maintained according to clinic standards.
- Communicate professionally with patients and address their basic queries appropriately.
- Work closely with doctors and the clinic team to ensure a smooth patient experience.

Skills Required
- Positive patient-handling and communication skills.
- Proficiency in English and Tamil; Hindi is an added advantage.
- Good knowledge and hands-on ability in blood drawing/venipuncture.




- Basic computer skills and familiarity with MS Office.
- Strong attention to hygiene, cleanliness and clinical protocols.
- Professional, disciplined and team-oriented approach.
- Willingness to learn dermatology, trichology and aesthetic procedures.

Eligibility Candidates should meet any one of the following:

- Degree in Nursing, OR
- Completed an Allied Health Science/Dermatology-related course, OR
- Candidates with proven hands-on experience in Dermatology and Cosmetology.

Experience: 0–2 years. Freshers may apply if they have the relevant qualification and aptitude for the role. Compensation & Benefits

- Maximum CTC: ₹35,000 per month
- Maximum in-hand salary: ₹30,342 per month
- Salary will be decided based on previous employment, qualification and relevant skills.
- Performance-based incentives applicable after successful completion of probation.
- PF, ESIC and Professional Tax deductions as applicable.
- Uniform provided.

Important Employment Terms

- 2-year employment bond applicable.
- Original 10th, 12th and UG degree certificates will be submitted/retained as per the employment bond terms for the bond period.
