Job Title: Automation Testing

Location: Bangalore/Mumbai

Experience: 4 to 10 Years

Role Summary

Assess the current testing processes and identify automation opportunities.

- Define the test automation strategy, framework architecture, and implementation roadmap.

- Design, develop, and maintain scalable automation frameworks using Eggplant/Keysight .

- Establish automation standards, guidelines, and best practices.
- Automate business-critical end-to-end processes and regression tests.
- Support tool installation, configuration, and integration activities.
- Collaborate closely with business stakeholders, Test Managers, Business Analysts, and development teams.
- Coach and mentor team members to build sustainable automation capabilities.
- Define KPIs and measure automation effectiveness and business value.
- Support the setup of an offshore Test Automation Lab in India.
