Role Description The Personal Assistant at Gyanis will provide daily administrative and organizational support to senior team members, ensuring smooth coordination of their schedules and priorities. This full time remote role will involve managing calendars, arranging meetings, handling travel planning, and maintaining up-to-date records and documentation.

The Personal

Assistant will respond to emails and messages, prepare basic reports and presentations, and follow up on action items to keep projects on track. The role also includes organizing virtual events, coordinating with internal and external stakeholders,



and maintaining confidentiality and professionalism in all interactions. The successful candidate will proactively anticipate needs, streamline tasks, and support effective communication across the team.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Personal Assistance skills, including task prioritization, organization, and proactive support.
- Candidates should possess Executive Administrative Assistance skills, such as handling confidential information, meeting coordination, and preparing documents.
- Candidates should possess excellent Communication skills, both written and verbal, to interact effectively with diverse stakeholders.
- Candidates should possess effective Diary Management skills, including scheduling, calendar coordination, and time management.
- Candidates should possess solid Clerical Skills, including record-keeping, data entry, document formatting, and basic reporting.
- Comfort with digital tools and remote collaboration platforms (e.g., email, calendars, video conferencing, project management tools).
- Strong attention to detail, reliability, and the ability to work independently in a remote setting.
- Prior experience supporting executives or leadership teams is preferred; experience in education or technology sectors is an advantage.
- Relevant diploma or degree in administration, business, or a related field is beneficial.
