You are the first marketing hire for a Fashion/Lifestyle startup being built for the American consumer market, starting with our fine jewelry brand. You get to write the playbook for the brand. You set the direction for how this company acquires customers, own Meta hands-on for the US market, and are accountable for growth outcomes, not just ad metrics. What you build here becomes the acquisition engine for every brand we launch after.

Key Responsibilities

● Own Meta Ads end-to-end for US audiences: campaign architecture, audience strategy, budgets, bidding, scaling decisions

● Stay ahead of what's actually working in US paid social: UGC, video formats, hooks, creator content, and run a structured creative testing program with clear kill/scale criteria; whatever it takes to hit targets

● Be self-sufficient on minor creative execution: comfortable in Canva and similar tools to make quick edits, resize assets, and test variants without waiting on a designer

● Use AI intelligently across the operation - creative variants, copy testing, analysis,



automation - with the judgment to know when it speeds you up and when it degrades the work; efficiency of the whole operation is part of your job

● Own the full funnel: when ROAS drops because the landing page, offer, or pixel is broken, that's yours to find and fix

● Report weekly on spend, ROAS, CAC, and contribution margin: numbers, not narratives.

Preferred Skills & Qualifications (Good to have)

1. Expereince in running Meta Ads at meaningful budgets for D2C fashion, lifestyle, or jewelry, with a scaling story you can defend with real numbers

- Experience marketing to US audiences and a clear understanding of the US consumer
- Fluency with Shopify analytics, GA4, Events Manager, and post-iOS14 attribution reality Thinks in contribution margin and unit economics, not vanity ROAS

Pay: ₹1,500,000.00 - ₹1,800,000.00 per year
