We are looking for a Manager to independently drive Performance Management, PMS, KPI/MIS dashboards, MRM and Business Excellence across Sanvijay Group.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and monitor KRA/KPIs, OKRs and performance scorecards.

- Drive daily/weekly MIS and KPI dashboards.

- Coordinate and manage Monthly Review Meetings (MRM).

- Track action items, owners, deadlines and ensure timely closure.

- Analyse departmental performance and identify gaps/root causes.

- Validate KPI data through ERP, reports and process audits.

- Drive productivity, cost reduction and process improvement initiatives.

- Coordinate SOP improvements and cross-functional corrective actions.

- Provide senior management with concise, data-driven performance insights.

Candidate Profile

- 8–15 years of experience in PMS, MIS, Business Excellence, Operations Excellence or Management Reporting.

- Manufacturing/industrial experience preferred.

- Robust Excel, PowerPoint, data analytics and KPI management skills.

- Excellent communication, analytical and follow-up skills.

- MBA/PGDM or relevant professional qualification preferred.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
