We are looking for an experienced Pega Operations Specialist to join our team and take ownership of the day-to-day operations, production support, monitoring, and maintenance of Pega applications and platforms.

The ideal candidate should have strong experience in Pega production support, incident management, troubleshooting, deployments, application monitoring, and environment management.

? Key Responsibilities

- Monitor, support, and maintain Pega production environments and business-critical applications.
- Handle Incident, Problem, and Change Management activities in line with ITIL processes.
- Troubleshoot Pega application, integration, database, and performance-related issues.
- Manage application deployments, releases, environment health checks, and operational activities.
- Coordinate with Development, Infrastructure, Database, Middleware, and Business teams for issue resolution.
- Monitor system availability, application performance, and overall environment health.
- Maintain operational procedures,



technical documentation, and support runbooks.
- Participate in capacity planning, Pega platform upgrades, patching, and disaster recovery activities.
- Ensure adherence to defined SLAs, operational processes, security standards, and compliance requirements.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives and automation of operational activities.

? Required Skills

✅ 6+ years of overall IT experience with relevant experience in Pega Production Support / Operations.

✅ Strong understanding of Pega platform architecture, deployments, configuration, and troubleshooting.

✅ Hands-on experience supporting Pega applications in production environments.

✅ Valuable knowledge of Linux/Windows servers, databases, and middleware technologies.

✅ Understanding of ITIL – Incident, Problem, and Change Management.

✅ Experience with application monitoring, issue analysis, and root-cause investigation.

- ✅ Strong analytical, troubleshooting, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
