Vardan is looking for an experienced PEB Structural Engineer with 10+ years of experience in structural design and engineering of Pre-Engineered Buildings (PEB) and structural steel projects.

The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in structural analysis, PEB design, steel structures, engineering drawings, technical coordination, fabrication, and site execution, with a proven ability to handle projects from design through execution.

Key Responsibilities

- Design and analyze PEB and structural steel structures as per applicable IS Codes and engineering standards.
- Prepare and review structural calculations, GA drawings, fabrication drawings, and erection drawings.
- Perform structural analysis and design using STAAD.Pro, Tekla Structures, AutoCAD, and related software.
- Review structural designs for strength, stability, safety, serviceability, and cost optimization.
- Coordinate with architects, consultants, clients, fabricators, and project execution teams.
- Review shop drawings, fabrication details, connection details, and erection requirements.
- Provide technical support to fabrication and site teams and resolve structural issues.
- Conduct site visits to ensure execution is in accordance with approved structural drawings.
- Coordinate with procurement and production teams for structural material requirements.
- Monitor engineering deliverables and support timely project execution.
- Ensure compliance with IS Codes, quality standards, and safety requirements.
- Identify opportunities for structural optimization and material cost reduction.
- Prepare technical reports, design documentation,



and project progress updates.
- Manage multiple structural/PEB projects and ensure timely completion.

Required Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering / Structural Engineering.
- 10+ years of relevant experience in PEB and structural steel engineering.
- Strong knowledge of PEB design and structural steel design.
- Proficiency in:
- STAAD.Pro
- Tekla Structures
- AutoCAD
- MS Office
- Strong understanding of IS Codes, structural analysis, steel connections, fabrication, and erection.
- Good knowledge of structural design principles and engineering practices.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Excellent communication and coordination abilities.

Preferred Experience Experience in industrial buildings, warehouses, factories, commercial buildings, and large-scale PEB/structural steel projects will be preferred.
