- Handle end-to-end payroll processing for 5,000+ deployed employees.
- Lead and manage a team of 10-15 members.
- Validate attendance, leave, and other salary-related inputs.
- Process monthly payroll and ensure timely salary disbursement.
- Manage statutory compliance, including PF, ESI, PT, LWF, and TDS.
- Prepare and manage payslips, full & final settlements, and payroll MIS reports.
