We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented candidate to assist with Patent Filing and Intellectual Property (IP) matters. The candidate will support the preparation, filing, tracking, and documentation of patent applications.
Key Responsibilities
Assist in preparing and filing Patent Applications.
Assist in preparing patent-related documents and forms.
Conduct basic Patent Searches and prior-art searches.
Coordinate with clients and inventors to collect required information and documents.
Assist in drafting and reviewing patent documentation under the guidance of senior professionals.
File and track patent applications through the relevant government portals.
Monitor application status, deadlines, and hearing/examination dates.
Assist with responses to Patent Examination Reports (FER) and other official communications.
Maintain proper client-wise patent records and documentation.
Coordinate with senior patent professionals on filing and compliance activities.
Requirements
B.E./B.Tech / M.E./M.Tech / B.Sc. / M.Sc. in technical or scientific fields preferred.
Candidates with LL.B. / IP Law background may also apply.
Freshers are welcome.
Good written and verbal communication skills.
Robust documentation and analytical skills.
Good knowledge of MS Word and MS Excel.
Interest in Patents, Intellectual Property Rights (IPR), and Legal Compliance.
Willingness to learn patent filing procedures and related regulations.

Salary
₹25,000 – ₹35,000 per month, depending on qualification, skills, and interview performance.
