What the role entails - Key accountabilities/ responsibilities
Implementing speciality sales policy and strategy
Establishing goals to ensure share of market and profitability of services.
Achieving speciality budget and gain the market share.
To generate high value prescription of designated pathology test.
KOL appointment & development.
Marketing activity like CME, Seminar.
To tie up with hospitals/clinic.
What we are looking for in you
Candidates with prior work experience into Oncology Sales will be preferred but not mandatory.
Excellent people management, communication and analytical skill.
Valuable Communication Skills.
Must demonstrate hunger and passion to win in the market.
