Role Overview

We are looking for a Legal & Regulatory Compliance Manager to handle all legal, regulatory and documentation requirements related to domestic and international product sourcing, imports, manufacturing and brand protection.

Key Responsibilities
Handle BIS registration, ISI certification and other applicable product certifications/licences.
Check regulatory requirements before sourcing or launching any current product.
Coordinate compliance documentation for international imports and domestic sourcing/manufacturing.
Handle Legal Metrology, product labelling, packaging and statutory declaration compliance.
Coordinate with testing laboratories, consultants, government authorities, vendors and internal teams for approvals/certifications.




Verify supplier/manufacturer documents and ensure products meet applicable Indian regulatory requirements before procurement.
Handle Trademark registration, renewal, objections, infringement and brand/IP-related matters.
Support the company in legal notices, product/brand disputes and litigation, coordinating with external advocates where required.
Review vendor agreements, NDAs, purchase/supply agreements and other commercial contracts.
Maintain a compliance tracker for licence/certificate validity, renewals and regulatory deadlines.
Monitor changes in regulations affecting the company's products, imports, sourcing and manufacturing.
Work closely with the Purchase, Sourcing, Factory, QC, Product Development and Management teams.

Pay: ₹100,000.00 - ₹115,000.00 per year
