Education: ITI Diploma*

Any Graduate PUC/12th also can be considered if the candidate has valuable English-reading and writing skills.No specific age limit.

Mandatory Requirement – Basic English: Candidate must be able to read, understand and write basic English.

English is mandatory because the company’s SOPs and work instructions are in English.*

Candidates who can speak only Kannada or who cannot read basic English should not be considered.*

Any regional language is acceptable in addition to English.

Salary:

Gross: ₹18,000/month In-hand:

Approximately ₹15,000/month

CTC:Approximately ₹19,500/month,



including agency-related components

With incentives + overtime, candidates can earn up to approximately ₹22,000/month.

Salary may potentially be revised based on market benchmarking in the coming 1–2months.

Working Schedule:*

Currently Monday–Friday working*

Saturday available for OT*

Sunday off*

Later expected to move to a 6 days working + 2 days off rotational schedule.
