Experience: 3–7 years in graphite machining / machine shop operations
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise daily graphite machining and machine shop operations.
Manage operators and allocate work as per production requirements.
Plan and monitor production schedules and achieve daily targets.
Handle CNC/VMC and other machining processes.
Ensure dimensional accuracy and quality of finished components.
Read and interpret engineering drawings and machining specifications.
Monitor machine performance, tool usage and production efficiency.
Troubleshoot machining and process-related issues.
Coordinate with Production, Quality and Maintenance teams.
Maintain production records, shift reports and machine-related documentation.
Ensure compliance with 5S, safety and housekeeping standards.
Train and guide machine operators on processes and safety procedures.
Required Skills:
Strong knowledge of graphite machining and CNC operations.
Positive understanding of engineering drawings and measurements.
Strong team-handling and production supervision skills.
Problem-solving and troubleshooting ability.
Knowledge of machining tools, processes and quality standards.
Valuable communication and coordination skills.
Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹65,000.00 per month
