Architectural Planning & Design
Lead architectural planning and project design management.
Drive design strategy and execution support across large-scale residential developments.

Consultant & Execution Coordination
Drive coordination between consultants and execution teams.
Ensure alignment of architectural requirements with project execution.

Design Quality, Compliance & Delivery
Ensure quality, compliance and timely delivery of design packages.
Monitor project risks related to design and approvals

Management Support
Support management in strategic project decisions.
Ensure adherence to company standards and project objectives.

Team & Multi-project Management
Manage multiple projects and design teams simultaneously.
Build effective coordination and accountability across design teams.
