Job Responsibilities:
Handle preventive, predictive and breakdown maintenance of plant machinery and equipment.
Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic and automation-related issues.
Ensure minimum machine downtime and maximum equipment availability.
Conduct RCA for recurring breakdowns and implement corrective actions.
Maintain maintenance records, schedules and critical spare-parts inventory.
Coordinate with Production and other departments for smooth plant operations.
Follow safety, LOTO, 5S and statutory maintenance practices.
Support machine installation, commissioning and continuous improvement initiatives.
Key Skills: Troubleshooting, Preventive Maintenance, RCA, PLC/VFD, Electrical & Mechanical Maintenance, TPM/5S, Safety and Team Coordination.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
