Key Responsibilities
Plan, schedule, and oversee preventive and corrective maintenance activities for all mechanical systems and equipment.
Troubleshoot and repair mechanical failures in production machines, HVAC systems, pumps, compressors, conveyors, and other mechanical components.
Inspect mechanical systems and diagnose potential problems to prevent equipment downtime.
Maintain detailed records of maintenance work, equipment failures, and service reports.
Monitor spare parts inventory and coordinate procurement to avoid production disruptions.
Collaborate with production and engineering teams to identify prospects for process and equipment improvements.
Supervise and train maintenance technicians and contractors as needed.
Participate in root cause analysis (RCA) and failure mode and effects analysis (FMEA) processes.
