Responsible for managing KYC-related operational processes, including KYC scrubbing, deduplication, renewals, PAN validation, data reconciliation, MIS, and compliance reporting. The role will ensure timely and accurate closure of cases as per defined TATs and process requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage KYC scrubbing, deduplication and renewal activities within defined TAT.
Ensure accurate data updation, MIS and reconciliation across KYC databases/systems.
Handle PAN-related cases, wrong/refusal cases and high-risk case reconciliations.
Prepare and publish daily/monthly compliance and audit reports.
Monitor process adherence, accuracy and daily productivity.
Identify prospects for process improvement and automation using Excel/macros/tools.
Maintain process documentation and ensure regulatory compliance.
