Act as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the project lifecycle.
Understand client objectives and provide suitable event and exhibition solutions.
Prepare project proposals, presentations, quotations, and budgets.
Coordinate with design, production, fabrication, logistics, and operations teams.
Ensure timely execution of event and exhibition projects.
Conduct client meetings, site visits, and venue inspections.
Monitor project timelines, deliverables, and budgets.
Manage vendor communication and ensure quality standards are maintained.
Resolve client concerns promptly and professionally.
Build long-term client relationships to encourage repeat business.
Prepare project reports, feedback, and post-event evaluations.
Identify prospects for upselling and business development.
