Role & responsibilities The role requires working with children in promoting their emotional well-being and facilitating learning through set curriculum.

Validating the human in each child and nurture their minds in order to prevent damage and creating resilient individuals.

Ensuring a physical, emotional and intellectually secure setting for students.

Application of developmental and educational psychology concepts towards child learning and holistic development of the child.

Detection of learning disabilities, recognizing developmental milestones and any behavioural or cognitive struggle a child might be facing.

Devising and implementing techniques that cater to developing self-expression and emotional wellbeing of the child.

Set challenging but realistic goals keeping the childs abilities in mind and enable the child to strive for their best.

Qualifications
Education – Post Graduation in any branch of Psychology.

Preferred candidate profile Masters in Psychology freshers / or with experience in teaching for neuro divergent children can apply.
