Food and Beverage Server /Steward –

Overview A Food and Beverage Server greets guests, takes orders, serves meals and beverages, and ensures a high level of customer service in restaurants, hotels, cafes, or bars.

Key Responsibilities

- Room Service and room food sales generation by calls
- Welcome and seat customers in a friendly, professional manner
- Present menus and explain dishes, ingredients, and specials
- Take accurate food and drink orders
- Serve food and beverages promptly
- Check on customers to ensure satisfaction and handle complaints
- Transparent tables and reset them for the next guests
- Process bills and handle payments (cash, card, digital)
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards
- Follow food safety and service guidelines

Qualifications

- Fresher / Experienced Minimum 1year in hotel industry
- Part time evening Shift Timings 6pm - Closing
- Age Criteria 22- 28
- High school diploma or equivalent (often sufficient)
- Prior experience in hospitality is preferred but not always required
- Basic knowledge of food safety practices (like hygiene standards)

Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹5,000.00 - ₹10,000.00 per month
