Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹40,000 per month, depending upon qualification, relevant experience and HSSC/ToT certification.

M/s Skill2Skills LLP is looking for qualified and experienced Panchkarma Technician Trainers for its skill-development training centres. The trainer will be responsible for delivering both theoretical and extensive practical training to candidates in accordance with the Healthcare Sector Skill Council (HSSC) curriculum and Qualification Pack HSS/Q3601 v4.0.

Key Responsibilities

- Deliver theory and practical training for the Panchkarma Technician job role as per HSSC curriculum.
- Conduct practical demonstrations of Purva Karma, Pradhan Karma and Paschat Karma procedures.
- Train candidates in Panchakarma therapies including Shirodhara, Abhyanga, Swedana, Nasya, Basti and other prescribed procedures within the applicable curriculum and scope.
- Train students in preparation and appropriate use of Panchakarma equipment, medicaments, oils, herbs and formulations.
- Teach patient preparation, positioning, vital-parameter monitoring, patient safety and post-procedure care.
- Ensure proper utilisation and maintenance of the Panchakarma Skill Lab.
- Train candidates on infection control, hygiene, PPE, biomedical waste management and workplace safety.
- Conduct regular practical sessions, internal assessments,



assignments and mock assessments.
- Maintain attendance, training records, lesson plans and other documentation required under the project.
- Coordinate with the Training Centre Manager regarding assessments, OJT and candidate performance.
- Ensure that trainees achieve the practical competency and employability standards expected under HSSC/Skill India guidelines.

Mandatory / Preferred Qualification MD in Panchakarma / Kayachikitsa with minimum 1 year relevant industry experience.

OR

BAMS with minimum 3-6 years relevant industry experience.

Certification

Candidate should meet the applicable HSSC domain certification requirements for Panchkarma Technician –

- HSS/Q3601 v4.0. HSSC/Skill India Training of Trainers (ToT) / Trainer (VET &
- Skills) certification will be strongly preferred.

Candidates should possess strong communication and demonstration skills, sound practical knowledge of Panchakarma procedures, an ability to manage a practical skill laboratory, and a genuine interest in training and mentoring young candidates.
