Role & responsibilities :

- Handling post order documentation of Pump Packages required for customer approval for API 610 centrifugal pumps.

- Bill of Materials of Pump Packages.

- Support to Application Engineering at Pre-order or Post order stage.

- To support Purchase and Production during order execution.

- Visit KEPL Factory to support & also participate in customer / vendor meetings.

- Studying the specifications received from customers for the specified project and identifying special requirements with respect to Product Technical Binder.

- Handling post order documentation required for customer approvals like GA drawing, P&I; Diagrams, Piping drawings etc. as per customer requirement.

- Should have knowledge of Various API standards like API 610, API 682, API 682 etc.

- Review documents received from vendors for Bought Out Components.

- Shall have valuable knowledge of Engineering Drawings.





- Shall have knowledge and hands-on experience of AutoCAD and CREO 2.0 and should be ready for preparation of drawings.

- Basic knowledge of Instrumentation required and should be able to participate in finalization of instruments required for pump packages.

- Should have knowledge SAP and should be able to prepare Bill of Material.

- To keep himself updated on latest technological specifications of Bought out components.

- Involve in providing new ideas for product / process improvement.

- Prepare Operation and Maintenance Manuals for special project.

- Regularly monitor On-Time Performance of self / department / company.

- To fill all records required for ISO 9001.
