- Greet customers and provide friendly, efficient service.

- Take customer orders accurately and process payments.

- Prepare, pack, and serve food and beverages according to company standards.

- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the outlet, counters, and dining area.

- Refill food, beverages, packaging materials, and other supplies as required.

- Check food quality, freshness, and presentation before serving.

- Handle customer queries, feedback, and complaints professionally.

- Follow food safety, hygiene, and workplace safety procedures.

- Operate POS/cash registers and maintain accurate billing.

- Assist with stock checking, receiving supplies, and inventory management.

- Support opening and closing activities of the outlet.

- Work effectively with team members to ensure smooth daily operations.

Pay: From ₹200,000.00 per year
