Role - Oracle Warehouse Management Cloud (WMS) Techno-Functional Consultant

Required Technical Skill Set-

- Solid expertise in Oracle Fusion Warehouse Management Cloud.
- Deep understanding of: Warehouse Operations, Inventory Management, Shipping Execution, Receiving, Cycle Counting, Physical Inventory, Replenishment Planning, Lot and Serial Control, Subinventories and Locators, Inter-organization Transfers
- Understanding of end-to-end SCM processes and integration touchpoints with: Order Management, Procurement, Transportation Management, Cost Management
- Experience in configuration and setup activities across Oracle Fusion SCM modules.
- Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) troubleshooting.
- OTBI and BI Publisher reporting.
- REST/SOAP APIs troubleshooting.
- FBDI data loads and data correction activities.
- ESS Jobs and Scheduled Processes.
- Functional understanding of XML, Web Services, and integrations.
- Experience working with ServiceNow, Jira, Remedy, or other ITSM tools.
- Knowledge of ITIL-based support processes.
- Provide L2/L3 production support for Oracle Fusion Warehouse Management and Inventory Management modules.
- Analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve incidents, service requests,



and production issues within SLA commitments.
- Perform root cause analysis (RCA) and recommend permanent fixes for recurring issues.
- Support inbound, outbound, picking, packing, shipping, receiving, replenishment, cycle counting, and inventory transactions.
- Configure and maintain Oracle Fusion WMS setups, business rules, workflows, and transaction parameters.
- Coordinate with business users, Oracle Support, and technical teams for issue resolution.
- Manage and support quarterly Oracle Cloud updates, regression testing, and impact assessments.
- Support integrations involving OIC, Inventory, Order Management, Procurement, Transportation, and third-party warehouse systems.
- Prepare functional specifications for enhancements, reports, interfaces, and customizations.
- Monitor system performance, identify improvement opportunities, and drive process optimization initiatives.
- Create knowledge articles, SOPs, training materials, and support documentation.
- Participate in change management, release management, deployment, and hypercare activities.
