We are looking for an experienced Data Migration & Integration Lead with strong expertise in Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) and Oracle Fusion HCM Technical to lead the design, development, and support of enterprise integration solutions between Oracle HCM Cloud and third-party applications.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and develop integrations using Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC).
- Build and support HDL, HSDL, HCM Extracts, BI Publisher (BIP), OTBI, and Fast Formulas.
- Develop integrations using REST/SOAP APIs, FTP/SFTP, and Oracle Cloud services.
- Lead end-to-end integration delivery, code reviews, troubleshooting, and production support.
- Collaborate with functional teams and stakeholders to deliver scalable solutions.
Required Skills
- 15+ years of IT experience.
- Strong hands-on experience in Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC).
- Expertise in Oracle Fusion HCM Technical, HDL, HSDL, HCM Extracts, BIP, OTBI, Rapid Formula, and REST/SOAP Web Services.
- Strong knowledge of Oracle Cloud integration architecture and best practices.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
