Position: MEP Engineer

Experience: 5–7 Years

MEP Engineer – Site | Key Responsibilities
Supervise and monitor all MEP works at site as per approved GFC drawings, specifications and BOQ.
Coordinate Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing, HVAC, Fire Fighting and ELV works with the project team.
Review shop drawings, material submittals and method statements.
Inspect workmanship and ensure quality, safety and compliance with project requirements.
Coordinate MEP services with Architectural and Structural works to avoid clashes and rework.
Monitor site progress, manpower, materials and identify delays/issues.
Verify measurements, variations and contractor work executed at site.
Witness and monitor testing, commissioning and performance of MEP systems.
Maintain inspection records, RFIs, approvals, test reports and other MEP documentation.
Coordinate snagging, rectification, as-built drawings and final handover.

MEP Engineer – Site | Requirements
Qualification:



Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
Experience: 5–8 years of relevant site experience in MEP works.
Positive knowledge of HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing, Fire Fighting and ELV systems.
Ability to read and interpret MEP, GFC and shop drawings.
Experience in site supervision, coordination, inspection and testing & commissioning.
Knowledge of NBC, IS Codes and applicable statutory requirements.
Good coordination and communication skills with contractors, consultants and project teams.
Proficiency in AutoCAD and basic knowledge of MS Office.

Job Type: Full time

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
