Job Title: Marketing Associate

Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive and result-oriented Marketing Associate to support business growth through a combination of marketing, customer engagement, relationship management, and business development activities. The role involves developing market presence, generating opportunities, managing customer interactions, coordinating promotional activities, and supporting sales initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
Develop and maintain relationships with customers, consultants, channel partners, and key stakeholders.
Support lead generation, customer engagement, and business development activities.
Coordinate marketing campaigns, promotional events, exhibitions, and local activations.
Manage customer inquiries, follow-ups, and chance tracking.
Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth customer experience and project coordination.
Maintain reports, activity records, and CRM updates.
Represent the company at networking events, trade shows, and industry meetings.





Desired Candidate Profile
1–5 years of experience in Marketing, Business Development, Customer Engagement, Sales Support, or related roles.
Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to build skilled relationships and identify business opportunities.
Self-driven, organized, and target-oriented approach.
Experience in Building Materials, Electrical Products, Interiors, Consumer Durables, Automation, Renewable Energy, Solar, Home Automation, or related industries will be an added advantage.

Educational Qualification
Any Graduate.
MBA / PG qualification in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field will be an added advantage but is not mandatory.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
