Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage the team, ensuring SLA, productivity and quality targets are met.
Manage MIS, reporting and operational dashboards and provide business insights.
Identify process gaps and drive process improvements and SOP standardisation.
Act as the business SPOC for system upgrades and enhancements.
Drive automation, RPA or AI-led process improvement initiatives.
Develop team capabilities and take on larger team responsibilities as the function scales.
