The Mechanical Design Engineer will be responsible for designing, developing, modifying, and validating mechanical components and assemblies while ensuring compliance with engineering standards, quality requirements, cost, and manufacturability.

Key Responsibilities Develop 3D models, 2D drawings, and detailed mechanical designs.

Design mechanical components, assemblies, fixtures, and mechanisms.

Perform tolerance stack-up, GD&T;, and basic engineering calculations.

Prepare and maintain engineering drawings, BOMs, and design documentation.

Conduct design reviews and incorporate engineering change requests.

Work closely with manufacturing, quality, sourcing, and other engineering teams.

Ensure designs meet DFM/DFA, reliability, safety, and cost requirements.

Support prototype development, testing, validation, and troubleshooting.

Analyze design issues and implement corrective actions.

Manage engineering changes and maintain product documentation.
