Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role based in Mangaluru for an Oracle Cloud SCM Functional Consultant. The consultant will work closely with business stakeholders to gather requirements, design Oracle Cloud SCM solutions, and configure modules to support supply chain processes.

Daily responsibilities include conducting functional workshops, documenting business processes, performing system testing, and supporting users during implementation and post-go-live. The role involves collaborating with technical teams for integrations and customizations, resolving functional issues, and providing best-practice guidance to improve efficiency and system adoption. The consultant will also contribute to project planning, status reporting, and continuous process improvement within the supply chain and finance landscape.

Qualifications

- Strong analytical skills to interpret business requirements, perform gap analysis,



and optimize Oracle Cloud SCM processes.
- Excellent communication skills for stakeholder management, requirement gathering, user training, and cross-functional collaboration.
- Demonstrated understanding of business processes in supply chain management, procurement, inventory, and related operations.
- Consulting experience in implementing or supporting Oracle Cloud SCM or similar ERP solutions, including client-facing engagements.
- Exposure to finance-related processes and integration between SCM and finance modules within ERP environments.
- 8+ years of relevant experience in Oracle Cloud SCM or comparable functional consulting roles.
- Hands-on experience with configuration, testing, and deployment of Oracle Cloud SCM modules.
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, Finance, Information Technology, or a related field; professional certifications in Oracle Cloud are an advantage.
- Ability to work in office in Mangaluru, manage multiple priorities, and deliver within project timelines.
- Experience in working with cross-cultural teams and large enterprise clients is beneficial.

: Oracle Fusion Cloud SCM Functional Consultant (Manufacturing, Costing & Inventory)

Experience Required: 10+ Years

Required Skills & Experience

- 10+ years of overall SCM/ERP experience, with significant focus on Oracle Fusion Cloud.
- Lead and support end-to-end implementation, rollout, and support of Oracle Fusion Cloud Manufacturing (Discrete/Process) , Cost Management ,



and Inventory Management modules.
- Strong functional expertise in Oracle Fusion Manufacturing, Cost Accounting, and Inventory Management modules.
- Solid understanding of costing methods (Standard, Actual, FIFO/Average), cost rollups, WIP accounting, and variance analysis.
- Minimum 1–2 full-lifecycle Oracle Fusion Cloud implementations (design through hypercare/go-live support).
- Design and support integration between Oracle Fusion and MES/shop-floor systems (e.g., real-time work order status updates, material consumption, quality data exchange, machine/IoT data feeds).
- Working knowledge of MES integration concepts — understanding of how Oracle Fusion interfaces with shop-floor/MES platforms (e.g., work order dispatch, operation transactions, resource/machine data, quality results).
- Exposure to custom development/integration tools : Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), FBDI, REST/SOAP APIs, BI Publisher, OTBI.
- Knowledge of related upstream/downstream modules — Order Management, Procurement, Quality Management, Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) is a plus.
- Strong analytical, documentation, and stakeholder communication skills.
- Experience working in onsite-offshore delivery models is preferred..
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Finance, Procurement, Order Management, Quality) to ensure seamless process integration.
- Support month-end/period-close activities related to costing and inventory valuation.
