- 8-10+ years Oracle Fusion Cloud SCM, with hands-on Cost Management configuration - Cost Organizations, Cost Books, Cost Profiles, Cost Elements, Overhead Rules, Landed Cost

- Robust understanding of costing methods: Standard Costing, Average Costing, Periodic Average Costing, Actual Costing and related configurations

- Hands-on experience with - receipt accounting distributions, accrual reconciliation, PO/invoice price variance.

- Working knowledge of how Costing integrates with Inventory (receiving, put-away, transfers, cycle counting, inventory transactions), Manufacturing (work order costing, resource/overhead absorption, WIP valuation), and Maintenance (maintenance work order cost capture)

- At least 1 full-lifecycle implementation covering Cost Management scope

- Ability to troubleshoot end-to-end issues across Inventory- Receiving-Manufacturing/ Maintenance-Costing





- Comfortable owning workshops, fit-gap, config and testing with minimal oversight

Secondary Skills:

- Working knowledge of the Manufacturing module - work order costing, resource/overhead rates, WIP accounting.

- Awareness of the Maintenance module - specifically how maintenance work orders flow into cost capture

- Familiarity with Inventory transactions - reservations, min-max planning, cycle counting
